Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed

In original condition, with tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact

Proof of purchase (receipt / order number) is provided
2️⃣ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and certification reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or water-tested items

Masks, snorkels, mouthpieces, regulators (once used)

Wetsuits, gloves, boots (if worn or wet)

Dive computers, electronics (if activated or registered)

Customized or special-order items
3️⃣ Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with:

Order number

Clear photos / videos showing the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to inspection and approval.
4️⃣ Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–14 working days (depending on bank / payment provider)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5️⃣ Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Seanergy Scuba is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
6️⃣ Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
